AA 1-3NL Live

Been thinking about this hand a lot:

1-3NL live at Treasure Island. I have a loose image after making a nice turn semi-bluff with 67s on a Js x xs 7 board and catching a 6 on the river.

Solid player with ~ 1600 opens in LP to 15, 1 caller, I think. I make it ~45 in the BB with AA (650 deep), raiser calls, cc folds. I'm thinking KK, QQ, JJ, maybe AK, maybe TT, but in hindsight, given how deep we are his range is probably wider.

Flop is 965 rainbow. I bet 100, raiser raises to 300. My move?
