I don't see the logic.
If a fish doesn't see the value in a no-rake site then they are MORE likely to not see any problem with depositing $100 and only getting $94 to play with.

People who are MORE AWARE are the ones who will have problems with the fees.
Those who are LESS AWARE are less likely to be bothered by it.

I've seen people pay a $3 fee to get $20 from an ATM, so there are definitely people out there who don't care about fees.
