Not that you'd ever have any reason to be in Fall River, MA, but Mee Sum's has the best fried rice on the planet. Hands down. I'd recommend the chow mein too, but it's the crispy noodles, and I know not everyone is down with that.

Also, if you're in that area, there are many great options for chourico and chips sandwiches (people who don't know chourico: it's like chorizo, but Portuguese, and better). My favorite is a little hole in the wall in Swansea, MA (my hometown). Plaza Pizza.
