Toronto here,

North York (Dufferin and Steels area) has an Israeli restaurant called "Me Va Me". Bar-none the best Israeli food in Toronto. Great value proposition too as the meals are $12-$20 and you get HUGE portions. Be wary of lineups though as they can go around the block for dinner time.
