\"Deadwood\" question for Actual God

I'm renting the Season Two DVD's for the commentary tracks.

I noticed that Episode 5 is titled "Complications (formerly 'Difficulties')".

I've never noticed an episode of any series ever change its title. Why the change? Any idea?
