two moves to consider...
,,Nf3 - blocks the f pawn, threatens the G pawn and therefore keeps the B on the current diagonal.; but he can threten it with Ke4 and there's no place to go with it other than making a sacrifice for the pawn, or the dreaded rim. ...nb3 is safe for the N but it takes about two more moves (a5, c6) to get it where it does some good. we have to move the N, otherwise it's captured by the B
