It takes a long time for them to post it. I called them twice while I was waiting and their CS was able to tell me exactly what day it would be posted. Both times I was given the same answer, and it wound up being correct. Getting through has never been as difficult for me as has been reported here but I've been making these kind of calls at 1 or 2 AM pacific time.
