Sorry everyone, im stopping transfers until neteller respond 100% either way, but the CS rep i spoke to seemed to think its possible i could get my neteller acc banned and be prevented from opening a new one.
Sorry to everyone who still needs money moving, id be careful who you deal w/ since lots of the respectable people will most likely stop (since they dont want neteller accs closed) but scammers might not care.
