Warning for Neteller users working in canadian funds.

Your deposit limit on pokerstars is not automatically in $US. I had been funding my account in $cdn, and hit my limit at $10000 Canadian. This meant that funds that were supposed to be sent to the player I was working with ended up stuck in neteller. Luckily I had enough $ on stars to cover the shortfall, and the player didn't have to wait.

However, in order to ensure that he got his $ in a timely manner I had to deposit to stars in $US.

In doing this, I had to pay the neteller exchange rate twice, and I ended up losing about 1.5% in the transaction from my own pocket (last transfer was for $4400).
