Default The Lady\'s got a Turn decision

Limit: $1/$2
10 players

CO had only played 5 hands at the table to this point and had bet and raised 4 of them preflop.
His flop c-bets had then taken down the pots so no great reads on his post flop play.
BTN was loose and agro pre flop.
The range i gave both players was AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, AKs, AQs, AKo, AQo, KQs, KQo

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
6 folds, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Button 3-bets</font>, SB folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero caps</font>, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (12.5SB, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises</font>, Button calls, Hero calls.

Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (9.25BB, 3 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">CO bets</font>, Button calls, Hero ???

Is this a simply math situation, getting 11.25:1 and likely drawing to 2 outs, that makes this a clear fold?
