Incomplete records for taxes?

Ok, so I pretty much played fulltime from 03/06 - present. I never intended on playing fulltime, so I didn't submit any quarterlies at all. Onto the even bigger problem... my old PokerTracker database won't open, and I think I was missing 3 months of data anyways. The only real tax info I have are my approximate total earnings, my account balance, and PTO stats for the last 4 months.

I will probably go to a tax professional for advice... but anyways.. what am I going to have to do?
