Going to have to let this play out.
Worst case, it could change Neteller's stance on doing business in the US quickly. Being a well regulated publicly traded company, this would mean some sort of orderly transition to close accounts and refund money. You might have to search for alternate methods of funding.
Who knows what these guys have been doing since founding and leaving Neteller? It might be totally unrelated, or like I said originally, it might be these guys were not paying taxes. Neteller the company would go on, these guys go to jail, and maybe Neteller won't do business in the US after the regulating bodies make them cut checks to customers.
