AJo vs small stack with 13 left

13 left in a 100$ tourney. first pays 3500, 10th-20th pay 126. i'm the chip leader at my table with 23000, but 5th overall. i haven't really been bullying the table because i haven't had the chance. i open utg at the 6 handed table with ajo to 2400, and get raised all in by the small stack who has like 6000 and is clearly just trying to make 10th for the extra money. the blinds are 400-800. if i win the hand, i move into 4th place in chip standing. if i fold, i stay in 5th. if i lose, i drop to 8th. i figure there's 0% chance he's behind, and he's got AA the majority of the time. i called, thinking that i don't want to create the impression that i'll fold for 3500 more chips.
