Default Re: Not wanting to go to sleep

[ QUOTE ]
I'm still confused as to why everyone views this as a "problem". It doesn't sound like the OP is neglecting any responsibilities.

Is everyone here really this unhappy?

<sighhhh>

Two reasons off the top of my head it kinda sucks.

1)Most days I am dead tired, and I think I'm going to go to sleep early to make up for it but I just don't. Fighting to stay awake sucks. I'm Generally less productive when tired, not as sharp, etc but I keep doing it.
2) I recently started working out, and when I'm tired as hell can't lift as much.

Also it's gotta be somewhat bad for your health to not sleep. I will do this no matter what time I have to get up in the morning, and just force myself to go on while tired. I never "make up sleep" by going to bed early. Only times I do is when I get to sleep until 2 or something.

edit: just thought of something. For those of you who always put off going to sleep, do you also do tell yourself you will start an assignment or something in 10 minutes and keep pushing it back?
