This is the only thing over which I've been disappointed with WPX. I've had a number of these sorts of scenarios and wrote a fairly detailed email to support to see if they could figure out a) why I was timing out and b) why I wasn't getting protected on the timeouts. I even included hand numbers and spelled out commonalities.

They never replied.

The WPX staff is generally very responsive and helpful. Most times they are quite outstanding. They haven't been with software glitches. It was a disappointment not to get a reply.

The only comfort I take is that to a certain extent the glitches and time outs happen randomly to others. Perhaps this is one of those things which kind of evens out in the end.

If any of you wonder what sort of idiot raises UTG in a 30/60 game and then folds to a reraise, it isn't my fault. I'm getting disconnected.
