I do not know whether or not he was cheating in that manner. Based on what people have told me about him, it wouldn't surprise me one bit, but nobody I know has accused him of that.

The only direct interaction I had with Giga was when he offered to bet me a large amount on a prop bet regarding how much money he could make over a certain time period. I accepted the bet and offered a few different options for where we could put the money (I gave him a name of a bank where we could set up an escrow or suggested some people like sheets that I would be happy to have hold the money), but he said that his bankroll was tied up in investments and it would take him some time to get that liquid and he wouldn't want to lock up the money, so he wanted to do this bet for a very large amount without putting in the money up front. For obvious reasons, I was unwilling to do that.
