If 8 players got random cards and played till the end, the probability of a 74o winning would be about 10%. This indicates that calling while getting 15 to 1 wouldn't be a big mistake. In fact, it might be a big mistake to fold.

Of course things are complicated by the fact that the hands were not random, you are in bad position, and you might not know when you have the best hand. Someone raised and others called the raise. I guess there will be varying opinions on whether or not going up against strong hands increases or decreases the value here.
