Default Keeping bankroll seperate from regular roll...

Hey guys.. Im REALLY having trouble keeping my bankroll seperate from my regular life roll.. i always think shiit i got 3k sitting in my drawer i can buy this.. and ill go and spend money like it means nothing.. and when i go to the casino i just grab money from the drawer where i have my bankroll.. i need some tips to help me keep them seperate.. sometimes it happens to where my reg roll is smaller than my poker bankroll..

i have a profitable job.. so when i get paid should i put half to my bankroll and half to my regular roll?

also i play a lot online and keeping the online bankroll seperate is soooo hard.. because i have more sitting in my drawer than in my regular checking...

juss looking for some tips..

Savings - i have like 90k
Reg checking - 1k
Possible live bankroll if i didnt spend it. - 2k
online roll - no bankroll juss normally tak it outta the 1k in my reg checking.. and keep putting in like 50 at a time...

i have no bills except 2 credit cards.. and i love to live the baller lifestyle..

any help with how much to start with live and how much to start with would be good..

anyone help me with some bankroll mangament here.. im looking to start over with the online thing and live play.. any help would be good.. thanks
