As Lee Jones states, it's an equilibrium strategy thats unexploitable. That does not make it the optimal strategy for playing against opponents that play sub-optimal.

It's a kind of Black Jack Basic Strategy for HU endgames with one or two shallow stacks. That's all. It cant be an 'offensive weapon' because that's just not what SAGE is about.

It's about when it is theoretically correct to push or call w. certain hands in high blind situations. However against opponents who stray from correct play, you'll have to adapt to obtain the maximum EV.
