Depends on the table. I'd say it's a close decision though. It's gotta be raised if played at all there.

We raise KQ utg and utg1, so having those two hands fold can't make opening with KJ in MP1 too much worse. Basically, our expectation isn't greatly affected by the decision to play it there.

I've both folded and raised it from MP1 so again, neither decision is horrible.
