Yes, there are plenty of people who are mature at 24. Over and over, I've seen the arc of people who crash in their mid twenties and then pick themselves up. I said the same thing in a kurosh thread, although I'm not comparing the two.

Obviously it's kind of hard to figure out what to believe based on this thread. But whatever the case, for someone that takes a little too long to grow up, there is still plenty of hope.
