Not officially but a lot of us do hate them. For good reasons, though.

Despite what CasqueNoir thinks, I don't hate the french. I have plenty of french relatives, work in Quebec, and have plenty of french friends.

I just intensely dislike the separatist political parties, and those who try to justify their governments' discriminatory policies. I have as much tolerance for these people as I would for someone who tries to justify the actions of the KKK.
