FTP rakeback-- when does it come?

Can someone tell me what player fees are? I see one thing listed is tournament overlays. I only played in one guaranteed tournament and there was no overlay involved in it. Any other explanation?

Did you get this breakdown from FTP or your affiliate (which one?)?

Also, what is "Juice - 29.10"?
