Default Need Advice - Cashout not proceeded

At the end of October i have created a new account on a small poker room which was part of the ongame network. After a deposit of 50 $ i got a 50 $ instant bonus (had to play 10 rh) and pushed my bankroll to 250 $ in 14 days. Then i could not more play because the room left ongame to join a new network so i decided to cashout. Since 11/15 my withdraw (to Neteller) is pending. I wrote several times to the support but did not get a real answer.

Here a typical answer (from 11/29)

I am still waiting. Is this normal (because they have lost all american players) and has happended with other rooms, too ?
