My argument isn't flawed. You made a statement of fact when you said "...there are also a lot of worrying questions in the behaviour of FTP in freezing accounts and confiscating money and without any reasonable evidence." I personally believe this evidence exists because Doug said that it does. Whether it does or doesn't the only people who will know will be those at Full Tilt's fraud department and Eric.
