New Fight Question

I wonder if the outcome would vary over 100 fights with the same two competitors, if that was possible. After all a fight is very dynamic in nature with so many things happening at once and so fast. I'm sure variance still has its nose in there somewhere. Kind of like poker-you might lose sometimes to worse players but in the long run your skill will pay dividends.
