[ QUOTE ]
I can't believe I read through this entire thread ! Took me 3 frickin hours! Even still, I can't make a definite conclusion on who is in the wrong here. Although I do have my suspicions against the OP (i.e. the repeated comments of not "really" caring if he gets his $14k back just as long as FTP can give him an explanation is suspect - if OP is so persistent shouldn't he be accentuating the money? I just don't see it come up that often enough in his posts) Also, [ QUOTE ] Why do you edit all of your posts? I'm still trying to figure this out. [/ QUOTE ] I'm assuming he does this to check for any freudian slips that may compromise his whole case. Just a thought. [/ QUOTE ] Bottom line is that Eric's first account he won 7K against fradulant credit cards. Then he opens a 2nd account and wins 8K against fraudulant credit cards. If we assume the rate of players using fradulant credit cards is 0.5% of the user base, then for Eric to win 2 huge scores against 2 different players using fradulent credit cards is 1-40,000. This should be enough to raises the red flags very high a full tilt. I think 0.5% is a high assumption on the number of deposits that are fradulent. |
