Well for those who don't want to look it up, the benchmarks for basic fitness are as follows:
50 free squats 10 push ups 30 second static hang 30 sit ups 25 kettlebell swings 2:04 400m run 3/4x bodyweight deadlift 1/4x bodyweight military press 1/2x bodyweight high pull 10 sitting knees to chest 25 wall balls 4:20 800m run 1:55 500m row 10" vertical leap 3 dips 3 pullups 10 second L-sit 8:10 2000m row 10 medicine ball cleans 9 min 1 mile run I'm not sure what a few of these things are, but it seems thorough and reasonable for a basic level of fitness. The 8:10 2000m row is by far the most difficult in my estimation. |
