webster - the original poster said he has been playing for 3 years and is a winning player...yet still believe this stuff is probably happening to him.

And obviously the best remedies are to either NEVER cash-out.
Or to play a bunch of $3 SNG's right after cashing-out to get your 'cashout downswing' out of the way at the lowest stakes possible.
Then, the site will decide that you are allowed to be a winning player again and you can move back up to the $1000 SNG's.
