Ugh, a lot of this advice sucks.
Regular old protein shakes aren't that much better than eating a meal. And a glass of chocalate milk is much better than it. A much better solution would start making a post workout shake with some fast acting proteins and some fast acting carbs. Biotest makes a product like this. And there are a couple places you can make a blend like this. Warning: Hydrolyzed protein tastes horrid. |
