Default NL 100 - QQ Spew/Overplaying?

Just starting playing poker again after layoff. I think I'm overplaying AQ, and I'd like some input into how I played it here.

Ultimate Bet
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50./$1.
10 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $57.10
UTG+1: $71.75
UTG+2: $108.95
MP1: $39
MP2: $30.25
MP3: $381.30
CO: $96.20
Button: $199.45
SB: $65.55
Hero: $71.90

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises to $3.5</font>, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls, 5 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $14.5</font>, UTG+1 calls, <font color="#cc0000">MP1 raises all-in $39</font>, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($117.5, 2 players + 1 all-in - Main pot: $117.5)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero is all-in $32.9</font>.
Uncalled bets: $32.9 returned to Hero.

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($117.5, 0 player + 2 all-in - Main pot: $117.5)

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($117.5, 0 player + 2 all-in - Main pot: $117.5)

Results:
Final pot: $117.5

I think the preflop raise may have been too large for anyone to call that doesn't beat me. Maybe raise 8? The flop push seems ok to me. Any thoughts?
