Default Hold\'em on the Come

Has anyone read this book yet by Dew Mason and Rolf Slotboom? Rolf has a Card Player column that I liked reading so I bought the book.

Most of it appears to be written by Mason though, with some comments by Rolf mixed in.

There were lots of tables and calculations and to me, I found I started glazing over when it came to estimating the final pot sizes (add three bets for this, take one away for that, etc).

I probably need to read it again, but I have a masters in electrical engineering and still found it to be a bit much to think about when I am sitting at the table.

thoughts?
