SBR,
While I think most of these are close, I voted Romo because of the D's they're facing. While I agree that Palmer could put up huge numbers...I will put it this way... I would look for Romo to be teh more "consistent/convservative" choice, and Palmer to be the "boom or bust" choice...and fantasy football is all about being consistent in my book...
