Default Twice this year

I have Ah Qc. Opponent has Ad Ac. Flop is KcJcTh. We are all in. First comes the last A, then Ks. Opponent was 5% to win.

Other time this year, I had KQ flopped JT9 against AA. Lost when T, then A hit. Opponent was 3.6% to win.

This with 4 one out losses, 2 in NL holdem, 1 in stud and 1 in Omaha tells me that I am having a bad year (not losing but not winning like last year).

At least I had 1 one out win when I hit quads against FH. I've lost count of the 2 out losses that I have had this year.

I am thinking of switching to Limit holdem from NL because I am too unlucky to win at NL.
