Search through the thread for the most recent referral, cause they don't help you much unless you just started. My upgrades went Attack, Fort, Transport (should have held off on this until I had a good map), Fort, sneak, attack, Fort, Security, Security, Sneak. I think it worked pretty well for me, although maybe its better to get sneak up to 2 before even messing with security or transport. Keep attack at 1 as long as possible, and map with excel, using each cell as a coordinate. Good luck and don't leave much money sitting in your account overnight, try to spend it all at then end of the day.
