Hand 1: unremarkable TAG (20/15/5) opens UTGand I 3-bet AQs - TAG pushes, I fold. standard or should I be looking them up here (I'm new to table) - is calling here much better given that they open from EP?

This time I decide to "CB" the flop as I'm sure the AA hand is fresh in TAG's mind and get minraised. Is a push here bad and I'm losing value with my overpair? I put TAG probably on overcards tho maybe something rubbish like a SC that spiked MP. Is it better to call the minraise or is a 3-bet all-in standard in these spots?
