Default Bodog 5/10 full-ring how should I milk my rivered straight?

I'm holding KQo in MP, one limper before me. I raise it up to $40, CO calls, limper calls. Flop comes 10-J-8 rainbow. EP checks, I check, CO raises to $40. EP check-raises to $120. He has $120 left. I call, CO calls.

Turn comes a blank (I think it was a 3, board still rainbow), EP pushes the rest of his chips in ($120), I call and CO calls.

River comes a 9. The pot is $855, and I have CO covered for his remaining chips (about $650). What's my action?
