That is just silly and inflamatory to use a Kissenger quote. He is ancient history. It's not like he is visiting the White House to give Bush advice on the war.

[/ QUOTE ]Why would you think that the attitude is today any different, on the part of the political authority over military men? Why would you think this attitude is not, for the most part, bi-partisan, as well?

And why is this "ancient history" when there is a real, bloody war going on as we speak?
