Yes, I thought some timetables might keep everyone's interest level high throughout the project. First things first... I don't want to leave any new people behind, so I'll probably give it the weekend and Monday to see who sends me an email. Then maybe Monday we'll see what interest area is to be selected. After that we'll pick domain names/hosting providers and niches over the week. I need to come up with a good way to do that to eliminate any overlap of targetted niches.
