FWIW (not much) I'd choose AQs with the qualifier that preflop play was disregarded (like Mason suggested). My reasoning is that the flop is basically like a freeroll for AQs, if he hits a pair or picks up a very strong draw, he can raise or check-raise the pair of jack's continuation bet. However, if he misses, he's not going to lose anything more from the hand.

As an aside, AQs might be even more powerful for the reason I stated above for the sheer fact that you have an extra card to bluff off of, namely the K. However, this is assuming that you are pretty sure that he has JJ, which would avoid you getting money in on a K 2 3 board when he has AK, etc...

Who knows!

Edit: This is disregarding position, which obviously has a lot of bearing on the hand.
