Here's why I don't like Bc5 (tell me if I'm wrong) - if we're going to fight for the d5 & e4 squares, which it looks like we're going to do, his knight will probably move to c3 to help defend/attack those squares. After he does that, we may want to move Bb4 and then Bxc3 to weaken those squares. Moving Bc5 now will just waste a move if we end up moving to b4 later.
