This was a movie used to be played all the time, boarding school kids school gets taken over by terrorists. One kid is mafias son he get's let go and ends up dying try to save his friends. Troubled kid sneaks out and meets with army shows them plans etc and has to sneak back in they use mirrors to tell army they are ready to execute plan. I can expand more if needed.
