Default $50NL - what to do with UI AK in 3-way pot

Wasn't at the table very long. UTG seemed LAG, know nothing about CO.

Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

Hero ($47.75)
<font color="#C00000">CO ($34.20)</font>
<font color="#C00000">Button ($28.29)</font>
SB ($47.58)
BB ($16.76)
UTG ($22.96)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2.5</font>, CO calls $2.50, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $2.

Flop: ($8.25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6</font>, CO calls $6, UTG folds.

Turn: ($20.25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $5</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $25.25

Not sure what to do in these situations. Heads up I'll CB this ~95% of the time, 3-way about 60 - 70% of the time, 4-way or more, almost never without a piece of the flop.

But when I get called, I'm kind of lost.

How's the size of the c-bet? I usually bet about pot, but I've been trying to scale down the size of my c-bets since I c-bet so often.

Do I need to call this turn getting 5:1?
