Ex puts revealing picture on MySpace

Situation: My Ex of four months (Dated for 1.5 years previously) put a picture of her in a bikini from her recent Bahamas trip on her MySpace, in what appears to be an attempt to make me jealous/horny and want to get back together. (She has stated several times that she wants to try again, says she's changed, etc, etc.)

The picture is pretty hot and is affecting my baser instincts as a man. It also makes me remember more strongly the better aspects of our relationship for some reason, and as such makes me wonder if we *should* get back together. She wants to hang out tonight and I could probably just get some if I wanted, but I'm not sure that's a great idea? I still care about her and don't want to hurt her. FWIW (because you guys will undoubtedly ask) she's Asian, about 5'3" 100lbs and very cute.
