How you play this straight draws and flush blockers on button?

Some real weak loose spots in the game lots of calling not a lot of aggression. 4 Limpers, I call on button with J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. blinds complete.

Flop (7 bbs) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG position player pots it, two more players call and it's on me. UTG is loose bad from the very small time I've spent with him.
