You can do it in a dialog, just hit CTRL-O to open up the Advanced Options and change it that way.

We'll probably add something to make that easier, but it won't be high priority since you can already do it.

You can try changing the SS process priority under Advanced Options, lowering it to "Normal" might make the Party tables more responsive. Also, make sure you are running the de-monster script, otherwise party tables chew up way too much CPU.
