no...it is a confidence and ability to handle awkward situations problem...im the kind of guy that goes out of his way to not be placed in awkward/new situations...its something im working on...

i have this same thing, althought i don't know why, cause my past dictates they won't say yes.

basically i play every situation in my head where they say yes, and start freaking myself out more and more.
