Can anyone tell me why...
...casinos don't just pay dealers more? Here in Winnipeg all the dealers in the entire casino split their tips, so everyone giving $1 per pot means very little extra $$$ to the dealers. However they still appreciate.
When I was a waiter in Toronto I always wondered why they paid us less than minimum wage. However making $150 in tips for 6 hours work made up for it. Is being a dealer the same, as far as reward potential/hour? |
