Once it's released, you still need to play 1x the bonus amount to clear it into your cashable balance. This clears as you play - for example: Wager $10 on blackjack, $10 will release into your balance.

WTF! I already lost $400 playing $10 bj and $5 Baccarat. Not even sure how much I've wagered, but it should be way past $3k. Still no bonus.
