Getting wacked after winning sessions.....

Not sure where to put this so my apologies in advance.

How do you avoid a big losing session after a couple of winning sessions.
Over the holiday weekend I put together two nice winning sessions just to blow it all on Monday.
I feel like this should have been avoidable. I got carried away with chasing what I lost and wound up losing everything I won the previous two days.
Major setback to building the BR.

Any bankroll management ideas that could help.
